Daniel Lane, Broker/Owner
Dan Lane is a real estate broker with Illinois Valley Realty, Inc. A graduate of Rushville High School and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dan acquired ownership of Illinois Valley Realty, Inc., in April of 2002. Active in the community, Dan served as the President of the Rushville Area Chamber of Commerce and Main Street from 2002 to 2005. In addition, he is a member of the community Madrigal group and Schuyler Singers. Dan and his wife, Jaime, enjoy working around their Rushville home and walking in the woods with their black lab, Jack.
Bob Teel, Broker
Bob Teel, broker with Illinois Valley Realty, is a U of I grad, served his military service in WWII in the Southwest Pacific, and has a vast farming background. Bob is active in ag management and property development. An avid fan of outdoor activities, Bob enjoys traveling, making sorghum and maple syrup, and growing mushrooms. He and his wife, Ruth, enjoy daily walks with their 4 dachshunds.
Kent Drawve, Broker/Appraiser
Kent Drawve is a real estate broker and appraiser with IVR. Kent is very active in the Rushville Masonic Lodge, where he was recently honored in becoming a Grand Lecturer. An avid hunter, Kent enjoys all aspects of the outdoors. When not at the office, Kent looks forward to working around the house and beautifying his yard, together with his wife, Sherry.
Mike Lane, Broker
Mike Lane is a real estate broker with Illinois Valley. Mike retired as superintendent of the Virginia, IL school district and recently completed his Doctorate degree in education. He is presently employed as a professor with the University of Illinois-Springfield. Mike is involved with the community Madrigal group, as well as Schuyler Singers. He enjoys reading and spending time in the outdoors with his wife, Cathy.
Greg Voreis, Sales Associate
Greg Voreis is a real estate salesperson with IVR. A graduate of DeKalb High School and the University of Dubuque, Greg has been involved in the real estate field since 1976. Greg lives in rural Brown County with his wife, Ros, and daughter, Grayce. Greg and Ros spend their free time following Brown County High School athletics, watching the Bears and Cubs, and enjoying the outdoors.
Noren Livingston, Sales Associate
Noren Livingston is a real estate salesperson with Illinois Valley Realty. A graduate of Culver-Stockton College, and currently studying for his Master's Degree at Western Illinois University, Noren lives in Rushville with his wife, Vickie, and son, Christian. When he isn't reading, Noren enjoys spending time with his family and is an active alumnus of the Delta Upsilon fraternity.
Cindy Hannant, Friendly Receptionist
Cindy Hannant is IVR's friendly secretary/receptionist.
Always ready to greet customers with a smile, Cindy is active with P.R.I.D.E.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys working in her beautifully landscaped yard,
remodeling her home, and attending her two children's various activities
with her husband, Gary.

Rushville is the county seat of Schuyler, located in West Central Illinois, 250 miles from Chicago and 125 miles from St. Louis. Rushville is 60 miles from Springfield, 75 miles from Peoria, and 60 miles from Quincy. Average rainfall is 35 inches a year, which includes 22 inches of snow. The coolest month of the year is January with an average temperature of 28 to 30 degrees, and the warmest months are July and August with an average temperature of 76.
The quiet, friendly atmosphere of a small community
(3300 citizens) is still as enjoyable as it was when Rushville was founded
in 1825. Rushville is an Illinois Main Street Community, and the town square
is one of the most vibrant in the state. Surrounded by beautiful farmland,
Rushville is located within a 30 minute drive of a state university where

Currently, a new juvenile correctional facility is under construction on
the west edge of Rushville.
